The KLEENGUARD 13823 is an ANSI Cut Level A3 cut-resistant glove designed for hand protection in light to medium industrial and trade work environments. The glove features a polyurethane coating applied to the palm and fingertips, providing a smooth grip surface suited for handling parts, sheet metal, wire, and similar materials. The liner is constructed from HPPE (high-performance polyethylene) yarns with a seamed construction, and the back material is polyethylene. A knit cuff measuring 3.25 inches rounds out the design. Licensed contractors, assembly technicians, and general tradespeople working with sharp-edged components are the primary installers and users of this glove.

The 13823 is suited for residential and light commercial applications where cut hazards are present but dexterity must be maintained. Typical use scenarios include handling conduit, copper tubing, sheet metal duct, or electrical components during installation and service work. The polyurethane palm and fingertip coating maintains tactile sensitivity while adding grip and abrasion resistance.
