The KIPP K0269.5161X50 is a metric threaded stud adjustable clamping handle designed for secure, repeatable hand-tightening in industrial and mechanical assemblies. The handle body is molded from fiberglass-reinforced plastic, delivering a rigid, lightweight grip that resists oils, coolants, and workshop chemicals. The threaded stud and internal components are steel with a black oxide finish rated to Grade 5.8. The M16 x 2.00 thread and 50 mm stud length make it suitable for clamping fixtures, jigs, machine guards, and fabrication tooling. Total handle length is 110 mm with an arm angle of 20 degrees, allowing comfortable torque application in tight clearance zones. Mechanical technicians and fixture builders are the primary installers.
This adjustable clamping handle fits standard metric threaded mounting points in manufacturing, tooling, and light machine-building applications. The 30 mm hub diameter and 23 mm base diameter suit medium-duty clamping tasks where a tool-free, quick-release grip is required. The modern-design arm style and black finish are common in European-standard machine guarding and precision fixture work. Both production floor technicians and maintenance trades will encounter this handle on jigs, fixtures, enclosures, and adjustable mechanical assemblies.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit component for metric M16 x 2.00 threaded clamping applications in industrial fixtures, machine guarding, and tooling assemblies.
Installation is performed by hand or with standard metric tools; no power tools are required for typical clamping fixture applications. Disengage or de-energize any machine or assembly before replacing or repositioning clamping handles. Verify thread engagement depth meets the requirements of the host fixture before applying clamping load. Follow applicable machinery safety standards and manufacturer torque guidelines for the host assembly.
