The KIPP K0123.3081 is a tapped adjustable clamping handle designed for secure, tool-free clamping and positioning in industrial and mechanical applications. The handle body is constructed from die cast zinc with a powder-coated black finish, while the internal components are stainless steel with a bright finish, meeting DIN EN 12844 material specification. The M8x1.25 threaded hole provides a 14 mm threaded engagement depth, and the handle arm swings through a 20-degree angle to allow adjustment and repositioning without full removal. Overall length is 80 mm with an overall height of 58.5 mm. Machinists, equipment assemblers, and maintenance technicians install this type of handle on fixtures, jigs, machine guards, and adjustable mechanical assemblies.
This clamping handle is suited for light industrial machinery, tooling fixtures, equipment enclosures, and adjustable mechanical frames where frequent manual adjustment is required. The threaded-hole mount accepts an M8x1.25 fastener or stud and provides a 14 mm thread engagement. The modern-design arm style and compact hub diameter of 21 mm make it a practical fit in space-constrained mounting locations. It is used in both production and maintenance settings where repeated repositioning is part of normal operation.
Designed as a direct-fit replacement or new-installation clamping handle for equipment and fixtures using an M8x1.25 threaded stud or boss mount.
Installation is performed by threading the handle onto an M8x1.25 stud or into a tapped boss by hand. Always de-energize or lock out machinery before replacing or repositioning clamping handles on active equipment per applicable safety procedures. Verify thread engagement depth does not exceed the 14 mm threaded hole depth to avoid bottoming out the stud. No special tools are required for standard installation, though thread fit and torque should follow the equipment manufacturer's guidelines.
