The KIPP K0116.2A41X25 is a threaded stud adjustable clamping handle designed for manual clamping, positioning, and locking applications on machine fixtures, jigs, and industrial equipment. The handle body is die cast zinc with a powder-coated black finish, and the threaded stud and internal components are steel with a black oxide coating. The 3/8-16 threaded stud extends 0.98 inches for engagement, and the handle arm spans 2.52 inches in radius length. The adjustable design allows the handle arm to be repositioned around the hub, making it practical in confined workspaces where a fixed-position handle would interfere with surrounding structure.
This clamping handle is suited for use on CNC machine tables, workholding fixtures, enclosures, and industrial tooling where repeatable manual clamp force is needed. The ball-end arm style and 20-degree handle arm angle provide comfortable grip and leverage during tightening. Typical installers include machine builders, fixture fabricators, maintenance mechanics, and tooling technicians working in manufacturing and industrial environments.
Designed as a standard replacement or original-specification adjustable clamping handle for machine fixtures, jigs, enclosures, and industrial equipment using a 3/8-16 threaded mounting interface.
Installation is performed by threading the stud directly into a tapped 3/8-16 hole in the mating component. Disengage or de-energize any associated machine or clamping system before servicing or replacing the handle. A torque wrench or standard hand tools are sufficient for installation. Verify thread engagement depth is adequate for the load requirements of the specific fixture or application.
