The KING 7331763062W is a variable-area inline flowmeter designed for liquid flow measurement in industrial and process piping systems. Built with a polysulfone tube and PVDF union end fittings, this unit handles flow rates from 1.0 GPM up to 10.0 GPM at a maximum working pressure of 150 psi. The all-plastic construction resists corrosive media, making it well suited for chemical handling, water treatment, and similar fluid-process applications. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and process technicians are the typical installers. The 1-inch FNPT port connections allow direct threaded integration into standard pipe runs without adapters.
This flowmeter is appropriate for residential and light commercial fluid-process installations where corrosion-resistant materials are required. The PVDF union ends simplify removal for cleaning or replacement without cutting the line. The polysulfone tube body provides good chemical resistance and optical clarity for visual flow monitoring. Typical applications include water treatment skids, chemical dosing systems, pool and spa chemical feed lines, and HVAC makeup-water circuits where accurate low-to-mid range GPM monitoring is needed.
Designed as an OEM-style inline flowmeter for 1-inch FNPT threaded piping systems in fluid-process, water treatment, and chemical feed applications where polysulfone and PVDF wetted materials are specified.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber or qualified pipefitter. Shut off the fluid supply and depressurize the line before beginning work. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to FNPT connections and tighten to hand-tight plus the appropriate number of turns per pipe thread standards — do not overtighten plastic fittings. Verify flow direction arrow on the meter body is aligned with actual process flow before pressurizing the system.
