The KIMBERLY-CLARK 44306 is a KleenGuard A40 liquid and particle protection coverall designed for workers in continuous contact with liquid splashes, non-hazardous liquid chemicals, and dry particulates. Constructed from a breathable microporous film laminate, the coverall provides an effective barrier against both liquid penetration and airborne particles while allowing moisture vapor to escape, reducing heat buildup during extended wear. The zipper front includes a 1-inch zipper flap to protect the primary exposure area. The patented Reflex design incorporates elastic in the back for improved fit and freedom of movement. This 3XL size is sized for workers between 6 feet 2 inches and 6 feet 7 inches tall weighing 240 to 280 pounds. Each carton contains 25 coveralls.
These coveralls are suited for industrial and commercial environments where workers face regular exposure to liquid splashes and particulate hazards. Common applications include liquid handling, pressure washing, tank cleaning, fiberglass manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, aviation maintenance, utilities work, and general manufacturing. The low-lint construction makes them appropriate for controlled environments as well. They are sold by the carton and packaged for compatibility with vending systems, making them practical for facilities managing PPE distribution at scale.
Designed as a disposable protective coverall for industrial and commercial PPE programs requiring liquid splash and particle protection in applications such as liquid handling, fiberglass manufacturing, tank cleaning, utilities, pressure washing, and general manufacturing.
Donning and doffing should follow the facility hazard assessment and PPE program procedures established by the responsible safety professional. Inspect each coverall before use for tears, compromised seams, or zipper defects. Open wrists and open ankles are standard on this model and should be considered when selecting complementary hand and foot protection. Dispose of used coveralls in accordance with applicable site waste disposal and safety protocols.
