The KILLEEN SECURITY PRODUCTS 206CA26DKA is a 6-pin Small Format Interchangeable Core (SFIC) cylinder designed for commercial and institutional locking hardware. This core ships keyed alike and includes 2 cut operating keys and 1 control key, giving installers immediate operational capability out of the box. The A keyway profile controls key duplication and access management. The satin chrome finish provides a clean, professional appearance suited to commercial door hardware environments. Licensed locksmiths and commercial door hardware technicians are the primary installers of SFIC cores of this type.
This SFIC core is intended for use in commercial door hardware applications where Small Format Interchangeable Core systems are specified. SFIC cylinders are commonly installed in mortise locksets, cylindrical locks, deadbolts, padlocks, and other SFIC-compatible housings. The interchangeable core format allows rekeying without disassembling the lock hardware, which reduces labor time significantly in facilities with large keying systems. This core is manufactured by KSP and is designed to be interchangeable with SFIC-compatible housings from Best, Arrow, and Falcon.
Designed for use in Small Format Interchangeable Core (SFIC) compatible housings. Per manufacturer documentation, this core is interchangeable with SFIC housings from Best, Arrow, and Falcon. KSP-manufactured mortise housings with staked-on and screw-on cams are also compatible.
SFIC cores are installed and removed by licensed locksmiths or qualified commercial door hardware technicians using the control key — no special tools are required for core exchange, but pinning and keying operations require a proper pinning kit and capping block. Ensure the housing is compatible with the Small Format Interchangeable Core standard before installation. Always verify keying system requirements and masterkey structure before cutting or installing keys in a facility keying system.
