This fixture ships without a ballast and comes pre-fitted with unshunted tombstones, making it compatible with Type B ballast bypass LED tubes out of the box. It is a surface-mount wrap-style luminaire intended for general commercial and industrial lighting applications such as storage areas, utility rooms, stairwells, and similar spaces. Electricians and lighting contractors install this unit as a new fixture or as a replacement for aging fluorescent wrap fixtures being converted to LED.
