The KEO 919-000-939 is a single-flute solid carbide countersink designed for precision chamfering, countersinking, and deburring operations in metalworking and fabrication environments. With a 5/8 inch head diameter, an 82-degree included angle, and a 3/8 inch shank diameter, this tool delivers clean, accurate cone-form cuts in a single pass. The solid carbide construction provides the hardness and wear resistance needed for production use on ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Machinists and tool-and-die professionals rely on this style of countersink for consistent results in drilling programs and manual mill setups alike.
This countersink is suited for light industrial and precision machining applications where a controlled 82-degree included angle is required - common in aerospace fastener prep, sheet metal work, and general manufacturing. The single-flute design reduces chatter and is well-suited for hand-held power tool use as well as machine spindle mounting. The 2.75 inch overall length accommodates standard chuck depths without requiring an extension.
Designed as a general-purpose countersink for use in CNC machining centers, drill presses, and hand-held power tools accepting a 3/8 inch shank.
Installation of this countersink is performed by licensed machinists or qualified shop personnel. Secure the 3/8 inch shank firmly in a collet or drill chuck before operation and verify runout before cutting. Power down and de-energize the machine spindle before tool changes. Do not exceed the recommended feed and speed ratings for solid carbide tooling in the material being machined.
