The KEO 919-000-933 is a single-flute solid carbide countersink designed for precise chamfering, countersinking, and deburring operations in metal fabrication and machining applications. Built from solid carbide, it delivers the hardness and wear resistance needed for consistent results in production or maintenance environments. The tool features an 82-degree included angle, a 0.25 inch head diameter, and a 0.25 inch shank diameter, making it a compact, direct-mount option for standard chuck setups. At 2 inches overall length, it fits most drill presses, lapping machines, and CNC setups without extended-reach adapters. Machinists, tool-and-die technicians, and maintenance mechanics are the typical end users.
This countersink is suited for light-duty to precision chamfering tasks on ferrous and non-ferrous materials where edge quality matters. The single-flute geometry reduces chatter and produces a cleaner finish compared to multi-flute designs, which makes it a practical choice for countersinking fastener holes, prepping surfaces for flat-head screws, and removing burrs from drilled edges. It performs well in both manual drill press setups and CNC-controlled operations where consistent angle and surface finish are required.
Designed as an OEM-style single-flute carbide countersink compatible with standard 1/4 inch shank drill chucks and collet holders used in drill press, lathe, and CNC machining applications.
Installation is performed by machining professionals in shop or maintenance settings. Power down and lock out the machine spindle before mounting or removing the tool. Secure the shank fully in the chuck or collet to the manufacturer-specified engagement depth before operation. Inspect the cutting edge for chips or wear before each use, as carbide is hard but brittle and susceptible to edge damage if dropped or mishandled.
