The KEO 917-000-023 is a single-end countersink designed for creating clean, accurately angled seat recesses in metal workpieces. It features a 1/2 inch head diameter with a 90-degree included angle and 45-degree centerline angle, producing the chamfered seat geometry required for flat-head fasteners. Three flutes provide efficient chip evacuation and a smooth finish on the countersunk surface. The tool is machined from high-speed steel, offering reliable performance across a range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. A straight cylindrical shank with a 1/4 inch diameter and 1 inch shank length allows secure clamping in standard drill chucks, collets, and quick-change holders.
