The KEO 907-000-065 is a combination drill and countersink tool machined from high-speed steel and designed for simultaneous center drilling and countersinking in a single operation. With a 3/16 inch body diameter, a 5/64 inch drill point, and an 82-degree included angle, this tool produces accurately positioned center holes and countersink profiles without tool changes. The right-hand cut geometry and plain cutting edge make it suitable for use in standard drill presses, lathes, and CNC setups. At 3 inches overall length, it fits commonly available toolholders across a range of machine configurations. Trade size 2 positions this tool for small to medium center hole work.
This combo drill countersink is used across metalworking, maintenance, and fabrication environments where center drilling accuracy matters. It is appropriate for job shops, production floors, and field maintenance crews working with ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The long-length designation provides additional clearance for deep workpiece applications or work held in fixtures that limit standard tool access. Right-hand cutting direction means it is compatible with conventional spindle rotation on all standard drilling equipment.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-use combination drill countersink for standard machine tool setups accepting trade size 2, 3/16 inch body diameter tooling with right-hand cut geometry.
This tool is installed by machinists and tool-and-die professionals in drill presses, engine lathes, and CNC machining centers. Ensure the workpiece and machine spindle are fully stopped before inserting or removing the tool from its holder. Secure the tool firmly in the collet or chuck to the appropriate clamping torque specified by the toolholder manufacturer. Inspect the cutting edges for wear before each use, as a dull drill point will produce inaccurate center locations and can damage the workpiece surface.
