The KEO 906-000-060 is a combination drill and countersink designed for simultaneous drilling and countersinking in a single operation. Made from high-speed steel with a bright uncoated finish, this tool features a 1/8-inch body diameter, a 3/64-inch drill point diameter, and a 60-degree included angle suited for standard countersink profiles. The 118-degree drill point angle is a conventional geometry appropriate for most ferrous and non-ferrous materials. With an overall length of 1-1/4 inches, it fits standard drill chucks and is well suited to bench drill presses, CNC lathes, and hand-held power drills in both production and maintenance environments.
This combo drill countersink is intended for countersinking applications where a pilot hole and chamfer must be cut in one pass. It is used in metal fabrication, machine shops, and general industrial maintenance settings. The right-hand cutting direction is compatible with standard spindle rotation on conventional drill presses and machining centers. The plain cutting edge style and double end type make it a practical, straightforward tool for trade and production use alike.
Designed as a general-purpose combination drill countersink for use in standard drill chucks and collets accepting 1/8-inch shank tooling in drill press, lathe, and machining center applications.
Installation and use of this tool should be performed by qualified machinists or experienced tradespeople familiar with rotary cutting tools and machine tool safety. Secure the tool firmly in a properly sized chuck or collet before operation and verify spindle speed is appropriate for the workpiece material and tool diameter. Always wear appropriate eye protection and ensure the workpiece is clamped securely before cutting. Inspect the cutting edges before each use and replace the tool if chipping or wear is observed.
