The KENNAMETAL 6769783 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding material applications. Part of the KOR5 series, it features a 5/8-inch diameter, five flutes, and a 0.03-inch corner radius that reduces edge chipping and extends tool life in aggressive cuts. The AlTiN PVD coating provides thermal resistance and hardness retention at elevated cutting temperatures. With a 1-7/8-inch length of cut and 4-inch overall length, this single-end tool is suited for both roughing and finishing passes. It is installed and operated by machinists and CNC programmers working in precision manufacturing environments.

This end mill is engineered for use on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials. The high-helix spiral flute geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action across these material classes. Coolant-through capability supports extended tool life and thermal management in deep-cavity or high-feed applications.
