The KENNAMETAL 6767959 is a solid carbide corner chamfer end mill engineered for high-performance material removal in demanding machining environments. Built on the H1TE series platform, it features a 2 mm diameter, 6 mm length of cut, and a 0.1 mm chamfer width at a 45-degree chamfer angle. The AlTiN PVD coating delivers elevated heat resistance and extended tool life when cutting ferrous and difficult-to-machine materials. With a variable helix and variable index geometry, this end mill reduces harmonic vibration and chatter during aggressive cuts. It is a center-cutting design, supporting plunge entry and multi-directional tool paths. CNC machinists and tool-and-die professionals are the primary users of this tool.
This end mill is suited for precision machining operations on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials.
