The KENNAMETAL 6767852 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill engineered for demanding metal removal in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, and hard materials. It measures 3/8 inches in cutting diameter with a 0.09-inch corner radius and a 1/2-inch length of cut. The tool carries an AlTiN PVD coating that improves thermal resistance and tool life at elevated cutting speeds. With 4 helical flutes, right-hand cutting direction, and a centercutting design, it handles both roughing and finishing operations from a single tool. This is a short-length, single-end configuration in Kennametal Series H1TE, with an overall length of 4 inches and a Weldon Flat shank for secure tool-holder engagement.
This end mill is suited for CNC machining centers and manual mills used in job shops, aerospace, and general metalworking environments. The extended-reach geometry, with a 2-inch reach length and a 0.3525-inch neck diameter, provides clearance in deep-pocket and side-wall milling operations. Its submicron carbide grade and normal pitch flute layout make it appropriate for production runs cutting P, M, K, S, and H workpiece material classifications. Professional machinists and tooling specialists are the primary users.
Designed for use with EM-CV Form AD and EM IN-HSK Form A tool holding systems as specified by the manufacturer. The 3/8-inch Weldon Flat shank is compatible with standard Weldon-style end mill holders of the same bore diameter.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist following the machine tool manufacturer torque and clamping specifications for the tool holder in use. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is in a safe, locked-out state before inserting or removing the end mill. Seat the Weldon Flat against the set screw to prevent axial pullout under load. Verify runout with a dial indicator after clamping before beginning production cuts.
