The KENNAMETAL 6767735 is a solid carbide square end mill from the HARVI series, designed for high-performance milling in demanding machining environments. With a 7/64 inch (0.1094 inch) mill diameter and four helical flutes, it delivers clean, efficient material removal on a wide range of workpiece materials. The AlTiN coating provides elevated heat and wear resistance, extending tool life in dry or semi-dry cutting conditions. At 1-1/2 inches overall length with a 1/4 inch length of cut, this end mill suits close-tolerance slotting, profiling, and contouring operations. Machining professionals in tool and die, aerospace, and precision job shop environments are the primary users.
This end mill is suited for light to medium milling operations where a small-diameter, short-flute tool is required for fine detail work or restricted-access cuts. The 1/8 inch straight cylindrical shank fits standard collet chucks and toolholders sized for 1/8 inch bore. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute geometry follows conventional spindle rotation for standard VMC and HMC setups. The centercutting design allows plunge entry into the workpiece, adding flexibility for pocket milling without the need for a pre-drilled entry hole.
Designed as an OEM-style solid carbide square end mill from the KENNAMETAL HARVI series, compatible with standard 1/8 inch bore collet chucks and end mill holders on CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC setup technician. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is in a safe state before changing tooling. Seat the 1/8 inch shank fully into the collet or toolholder and torque the retention nut to the toolholder manufacturer specification. Confirm runout with a dial indicator before beginning a production cut, as excessive runout will accelerate wear on a small-diameter carbide tool.
