The KENNAMETAL 6767710 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill engineered for high-performance finishing in demanding materials. It features a 3/4-inch cutting diameter, a 3-3/4-inch length of cut, and a 0.06-inch corner radius that reduces stress concentrations at workpiece edges. With 6 flutes and a high-helix spiral geometry, the tool promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. An AlTiN PVD coating extends tool life in elevated-temperature cutting environments. The 7-inch overall length and Safe-Lock shank design provide added reach and pull-out resistance in deep-cavity and long-reach applications. Licensed machinists and CNC programmers working in job shops, aerospace, and moldmaking environments are the primary users of this tool.
This end mill is designed for finishing operations in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials. The KOR6 series targets close-pitch, high-efficiency milling in challenging workpiece materials where surface finish and dimensional control are critical. The Safe-Lock shank is compatible with HC 1/2 through HC 1-1/4 hydraulic sleeves with inch bores, HC 20M through HC 32M hydraulic sleeves metric with inch bores, HC-HSK Form A holders, and Hydraulic Chuck Standard Line Inch KM63XMZ. Single-end, centercutting construction allows plunge entry where required.
Compatible with HC 1/2 through HC 1-1/4 hydraulic sleeves with inch bores, HC 20M through HC 32M hydraulic sleeves metric with inch bores, HC-HSK Form A holders, and Hydraulic Chuck Standard Line Inch KM63XMZ. Intended for use in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials per material codes P, M, K, S, and H.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC setup technician. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the tool changer is in a safe state before loading or unloading the end mill. Use the appropriate torque specification for the holder manufacturer when securing the Safe-Lock shank in a compatible hydraulic chuck. Confirm runout with a dial indicator before beginning a production cut to protect both the tool and the workpiece.
