The KENNAMETAL 6763959 is a 5-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding materials. Built on the KOR5 platform, it features an 8 mm cutting diameter, a 0.5 mm corner radius, and a 24 mm length of cut. The submicron carbide substrate is finished with a PVD-applied AlTiN coating, delivering heat and wear resistance for extended tool life in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials. Coolant-through construction supports chip evacuation and thermal management at the cutting zone. This tool is sized for use with ER single angle standard collets and is suited for both roughing and finishing operations.
