The KENNAMETAL 6754935 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in non-ferrous metal applications. Part of the KOR5 series, it features a 0.75 inch mill diameter, a 0.12 inch corner radius, and 5 flutes arranged in a right-hand spiral with a 35-degree medium helix. The uncoated submicron carbide substrate is well-suited for aluminum, copper, brass, and similar non-ferrous workpiece materials. With coolant-through capability and a Safe-Lock shank design, this tool is built for secure, high-speed operation in CNC machining centers where tool pullout resistance and chip evacuation are critical priorities.
The 6754935 is intended for use in roughing and finishing operations on non-ferrous metals in a single-end configuration. The 2.25 inch length of cut and 5 inch overall length make it appropriate for medium-depth pocketing, profiling, and contouring operations. Compatible toolholding includes HC 1/2 through HC 1 1/4 hydraulic sleeves with inch bores, HC 20M through HC 32M hydraulic sleeves metric with inch bores, HC-HSK Form A holders, and the Hydraulic Chuck Standard Line Inch KM63XMZ. This tool is installed and operated by CNC machinists and toolroom professionals.
Compatible with HC 1/2 through HC 1 1/4 hydraulic sleeves with inch bores, HC 20M through HC 32M hydraulic sleeves metric with inch bores, HC-HSK Form A holders, and Hydraulic Chuck Standard Line Inch KM63XMZ toolholding systems.
Installation is performed by a qualified CNC machinist or toolroom technician. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the tool changer is in a safe state before loading or unloading the tool. Verify that the selected holder bore matches the 0.75 inch shank diameter and that the Safe-Lock drive slots are properly aligned with the holder set screws or drive keys. Confirm coolant-through passages in the holder are clear and that system coolant pressure is set per machine and tooling specifications before initiating a cut.
