It carries the KCS10B manufacturer grade and belongs to the KENLOC series. The insert features a diamond (rhombic) 80-degree shape, a 0.5077-inch length, a 0.5-inch inscribed circle, and a 1/64-inch (0.0156-inch) corner radius. Negative rake and negative side clearance geometry, combined with a honed cutting edge, support stable chip control across a range of material grades.
