The KENNAMETAL 6677007 is a solid carbide corner chamfer end mill designed for high-performance metal removal in demanding machining applications. Built on the H1TE series platform, it features a 0.625 inch mill diameter, a 2.25 inch length of cut, and a 45-degree chamfer angle with a 0.0200 inch chamfer width. The variable helix and variable index geometry reduce harmonic vibration during aggressive cuts, making this tool well suited for shouldering, slotting, ramp-down, helical interpolation, drill-milling, and plunging and recessing operations. An AlTiN PVD coating provides thermal resistance and wear protection at elevated cutting speeds. Four right-hand flutes with a normal pitch and centercutting capability round out the design.

This end mill is intended for milling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials, covering material grades P, M, K, S, and H.
