The KENNAMETAL 6677002 is a solid carbide corner chamfer end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining environments. Built on the H1TE series platform, it features a 0.5-inch mill diameter, 1-inch length of cut, and a 45-degree chamfer angle with a 0.02-inch chamfer width. The 4-flute, variable-helix geometry (36 to 39 degrees) reduces chatter and supports both roughing and finishing in a single tool. An AlTiN PVD coating improves heat resistance and extends tool life at elevated cutting speeds. This end mill is center-cutting and designed for single-end use by skilled machinists and CNC operators in production and job-shop settings.
