The KENNAMETAL 6676919 is a solid carbide square end mill engineered for demanding material removal in ferrous and high-performance alloys. It runs a 0.25-inch cutting diameter with a 1-inch length of cut and a 3-inch overall length on a 0.25-inch straight shank. The four-flute, single-end geometry features a 360 variable helix angle ranging from 36 to 39 degrees, which reduces chatter and improves chip evacuation compared to fixed-helix designs. An AlTiN coating adds oxidation resistance and surface hardness, extending tool life in dry or semi-dry cutting conditions. Material grade KCPM15 is a fine-grain carbide substrate formulated for edge integrity in difficult cuts.
