The KENNAMETAL 6676362 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding metal-cutting applications. It features a 1/4 inch diameter, a 0.06 inch corner radius, and four right-hand spiral flutes with a 36-degree helix angle. The cutting zone spans 1/2 inch length of cut, with a 2-1/2 inch overall length and a 1/4 inch straight cylindrical shank. An AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) PVD coating extends tool life by improving heat and wear resistance at elevated cutting temperatures. The submicron carbide grade provides the hardness and toughness needed for both roughing and finishing passes in a single tool.

This end mill is suited for machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials. Its short flute length and rigid construction make it a practical choice for close-tolerance profiling, slotting, and contouring on CNC machining centers and manual mills. It is centercutting, allowing plunge entry into the workpiece.
