The KENNAMETAL 6513523 is a double-end neutral indexable cutoff blade designed for parting and grooving operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. Built to the EVBS blade style within the Beyond Evolution series, it accepts EG0300M03P02 inserts held in place by a clamp-style insert seat. The blade measures 32 mm high, 2.4 mm wide, and 150.25 mm in overall length, with a 3 mm insert width and a maximum depth of cut of 50 mm. Weighing 0.18 pounds, it is a direct-fit replacement blade sized for demanding production turning environments where consistent insert indexing and rigidity are required.
This cutoff blade is suited for production and job-shop turning applications where parting off workpieces or cutting external grooves to precise widths is routine. The double-end design allows the blade to be flipped and reused, extending service life between replacements. Neutral cutting geometry makes it appropriate for both right-hand and left-hand applications on a single blade body.
