The KENNAMETAL 6372015 is a KenTIP FS series indexable drill body with a straight cylindrical shank, designed for use with interchangeable carbide drill tips in high-production machining environments. The body features a 1/2 inch shank diameter, a 3xD drill depth-to-diameter ratio, and through-coolant capability, making it suitable for demanding hole-making operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The KTFS toolholder style accepts KenTIP FS replaceable drill tips, eliminating the need to replace the entire drill assembly when the cutting edge wears. This tool body is installed and serviced by machinists, tool-crib technicians, and CNC setup personnel.

This drill body is intended for use on CNC machining centers, lathes with live tooling, and drill presses where indexable drill systems are preferred over solid-carbide or brazed-tip drills.
