The KENNAMETAL 6201292 is a solid carbide milling insert in the LNGU series, designed for high-performance face and shoulder milling in non-ferrous metal applications. Manufactured to grade KC422M with a Titanium Diboride (TiB2) coating applied via PVD process, this rectangular insert delivers a honed cutting edge and positive rake geometry for clean, efficient material removal. Compatibility

Installation Notes

Indexable carbide inserts should be installed by a qualified machinist or toolroom technician using the appropriate torx or hex key as specified by the cutter body manufacturer. Always power down and lock out the machine spindle before indexing or replacing inserts. Inspect the cutter pocket and clamping screw for wear or damage before seating a new insert. Do not use inserts that show chipping or coating delamination on any edge.
