The KENNAMETAL 6143954 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metalworking applications. With a 1/4 inch cutting diameter and a 1-1/2 inch length of cut, it handles slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling in steel, stainless steel, and cast iron. The TiAlN coating improves heat resistance and extends tool life in high-temperature cutting conditions. The 3-flute geometry balances chip evacuation and wall finish, and the 30-degree right-hand spiral helix promotes smooth cutting action. Installation Notes
