The KENNAMETAL 6113326 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill engineered for demanding material removal and finishing operations in ferrous and high-strength alloys. It carries a 3/4 inch mill diameter, a 0.19 inch corner radius, and six right-hand spiral flutes with a high 38-degree helix angle. The AlTiN PVD coating delivers oxidation resistance and hardness retention at elevated cutting temperatures, making this tool well-suited for long-reach finishing passes where heat buildup is a concern. With an extra-long 6.5 inch overall length and a 4 inch length of cut, it reaches deep cavities that standard-length end mills cannot access. Licensed machinists and tooling specialists install and qualify this tool in production environments.
This end mill is designed for finishing applications in steel, stainless steel, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials. Its submicron carbide grade and close pitch flute geometry support tight surface finish tolerances in mold and die work, aerospace component machining, and general CNC milling of difficult-to-cut alloys. The centercutting geometry allows plunge entry, adding setup flexibility.
