The KENNAMETAL 6113206 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance finishing in demanding metalworking applications. Built in the UJDE series, it features a 3/4-inch mill diameter, 0.06-inch corner radius, and six right-hand spiral flutes with a high helix angle of 38 degrees. The AlTiN PVD coating provides thermal resistance and extended tool life when cutting hard, abrasive materials. At 4.5 inches overall length with a 2-inch length of cut, this single-end, centercutting tool is suited for CNC machining centers running finish passes on ferrous and exotic alloy workpieces. It uses a straight-cylindrical shank and runs at close pitch with no chipbreaker and no coolant-through capability.
This end mill is rated for primary use in steel, stainless steel, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials, making it a practical choice for aerospace, die and mold, and precision-machined-component work. The submicron carbide grade supports high cutting speeds and fine surface finishes on difficult-to-machine alloys. It is intended for use with KENNAMETAL HC hydraulic sleeves including HC 1/2 through HC 1-1/4 inch bore hydraulic sleeves and HC 20M through HC 32M metric hydraulic sleeves with inch bores, as well as HC-HSK Form A toolholders.

Installation is performed by a qualified machinist or CNC tooling technician. Confirm the machine spindle is fully stopped and the tool changer is in a safe state before mounting or removing the end mill. Seat the shank fully in the toolholder and torque the retention mechanism per the toolholder manufacturer specification. Verify runout with a dial indicator before beginning a production cut, as excessive runout will reduce tool life and surface finish quality on hard-material applications.
