The KENNAMETAL 6086591 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in steel, stainless steel, and cast iron. It carries a 3/8 inch cutting diameter with a 1 inch length of cut and a TiAlN coating that improves heat resistance and extends tool life in ferrous materials. The four-flute spiral design with a 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and a stable cut. This is a single-end, centercutting tool, meaning it can be plunged directly into the workpiece. Material grade KC633M positions it for demanding production environments.
