The KENNAMETAL 6086512 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in demanding metalworking applications. Built to the KC633M material grade and coated with TiAlN for extended tool life and heat resistance, this single-end mill features four spiral flutes with a 30-degree helix angle and a right-hand cut with right-hand flute direction. The centercutting geometry allows plunge entry as well as conventional peripheral and slot milling. At 5/8 inch in diameter with a 2-1/4 inch length of cut, it delivers aggressive material removal while maintaining dimensional accuracy on finish passes.
