Product Description

The KENNAMETAL 6001232 is a solid carbide milling insert in the LNGU series, coated with Titanium Diboride (TiB2) via a PVD process for improved wear resistance on non-ferrous workpiece materials. The insert measures 10.00 mm wide and 6.96 mm thick, with a 0.80 mm corner radius and a rectangular shape. It carries four cutting edges and a positive rake geometry with a honed cutting edge style. This insert is sold individually and is typically installed by machinists and CNC tooling technicians working in production milling applications.

This insert is designed primarily for milling non-ferrous metals, consistent with its N-series material application code. It fits the Mill 4-15 cutter series and is identified by ANSI code LNGU542ERGEJ and ISO code LNGU15T608ERGEJ. Installation Notes
