The KENNAMETAL 5824503 is a 4-flute solid carbide ball end mill from the GOmill 4BN series, engineered for both roughing and finishing operations on steel, stainless steel, and cast iron. It carries a 3/32 inch (0.0938 inch) cutting diameter with a 3/16 inch length of cut and a 30-degree medium helix angle. The multi-layer TiAlN/TiN/TiAlN PVD coating improves heat resistance and wear life in ferrous materials. An eccentric relief ground into the tool geometry increases cutting edge stability, supports long tool life, and simplifies regrinding to reduce reconditioning cost. This is a single-end, right-hand cut, right-hand flute design with a straight-cylindrical shank.
