The KENNAMETAL 5824415 is a solid carbide corner chamfer end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining environments. Built to the Series 4CH specification, it features a 1 inch cutting diameter, 1.5 inch length of cut, and a 45-degree chamfer angle with a 0.0200 inch chamfer width. The TiN/TiAlN PVD coating under the KC633M material grade provides thermal resistance and wear protection during aggressive cuts. With four right-hand helical flutes at a medium 30-degree helix, this tool handles both roughing and finishing passes in a single setup. Licensed machinists and CNC operators working in job shops, tool rooms, and production environments are the primary users.
This end mill is suited for shouldering, slotting, ramp-down entry, helical interpolation, drill milling, plunging, and recessing operations.
