The KENNAMETAL 5824222 is a solid carbide corner chamfer end mill designed for precision milling operations in metalworking applications. Built on the 4CH series platform, it features a 4 mm cutting diameter, 4-flute helical geometry, and a 0.10 mm chamfer width at a 45-degree chamfer angle. The 30-degree helix angle supports efficient chip evacuation across roughing and finishing passes. A TiAlN PVD coating under the KC633M material grade designation provides thermal resistance and extended tool life when cutting ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Licensed machinists and CNC tooling specialists are the primary installers of this tool.

This end mill is suited for steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metal workpieces in both roughing and finishing contexts. Installation Notes
