The KENNAMETAL 5824185 is a solid carbide corner chamfer end mill designed for precision metal removal in demanding machining environments. Built on the KC633M material grade and coated with TiAlN via PVD process, this tool handles steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals. The 9 mm cutting diameter, 4-flute helical geometry, and 30-degree helix angle combine to support both roughing and finishing passes in a single tool. The 0.20 mm chamfer width at a 45-degree chamfer angle produces consistent edge breaks and chamfers with tight dimensional control.
