The KENNAMETAL 5824029 is a solid carbide ball end mill from the GOmill 4BN series, designed for high-performance milling in steel, stainless steel, and cast iron. It features a 1/32 inch (0.0313 inch) mill diameter, a 4-flute right-hand spiral configuration, and a 30-degree medium helix angle. The TiAlN/TiN/TiAlN PVD coating provides thermal resistance and wear protection during aggressive material removal. Eccentric relief geometry increases cutting edge stability for extended tool life and superior surface finish, while also simplifying regrinding to reduce reconditioning costs. This is a center-cutting, single-end tool capable of plunging and ramping operations. Machinists and CNC operators working in precision environments are the primary installers and users of this tool.
