The KENNAMETAL 5351900 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining applications. It carries a 3/4 inch mill diameter, a 0.06 inch corner radius, and six right-hand flutes arranged in a close-pitch, high-helix spiral configuration. The AlTiN PVD coating provides thermal resistance and wear protection, making this tool well-suited for finishing cuts in hard and abrasive workpiece materials. At 4 inches overall length with a 1.625 inch length of cut, the 5351900 is built for rigidity and reduced deflection. It is centercutting and accepts a straight-cylindrical shank for standard toolholder compatibility. Licensed machinists and CNC programmers in production and job shop environments are the primary users.
This end mill is rated for primary use in steel, stainless steel, superalloys and titanium, and hard materials, covering ISO material groups P, M, S, and H. It is classified as a finishing tool within the UJDE series, indicating it is optimized for light-depth, high-feed finishing passes rather than aggressive roughing operations. Compatible toolholding includes HC 1/2 through HC 1-1/4 hydraulic sleeves with inch bores, HC 20M through HC 32M hydraulic sleeves metric with inch bores, and HC-HSK Form A holders.
