The KENNAMETAL 5351826 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance finishing in demanding materials including steel, stainless steel, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials. It features a 1/2 inch diameter, a 0.12 inch corner radius, and six flutes arranged in a right-hand spiral with close pitch. The AlTiN PVD coating provides thermal resistance and extended tool life in dry or semi-dry cutting conditions. At 3 inches overall length with a 1-1/4 inch length of cut, this single-end, centercutting tool delivers stable material removal with reduced chatter in finishing operations. It belongs to the UJDE series and is built to submicron carbide material grade standards.

This end mill is suited for finishing passes on steel and stainless steel components, superalloy and titanium workpieces, and hard material applications in both mold-and-die and aerospace-adjacent machining environments.
