The KENNAMETAL 4150641 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit designed for high-performance drilling in demanding industrial and trade applications. Built to DIN 6537K standards, it features a 3.50 mm (0.1378 inch) diameter, a 140-degree point angle, and a multilayer TiAlN coating that extends tool life in abrasive and heat-generating cuts. The overall length is 66.00 mm (2.598 inches), with a 28.00 mm (1.102 inch) flute length and a 6 mm (0.219 inch) straight cylindrical shank. The two-flute regular spiral geometry promotes chip evacuation during through-hole and blind-hole operations. Machinists, maintenance technicians, and fabrication shops install this bit in CNC machining centers and handheld drilling equipment.
This drill is suited for cutting steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, and other non-ferrous materials. The 5xD flute-to-diameter ratio and tapered web configuration make it appropriate for precision hole-making where dimensional tolerance control is critical. The maximum drilling depth is 23.00 mm (0.906 inches). It is a practical choice for production environments requiring consistent, repeatable results across a range of workpiece materials.
