The KENNAMETAL 4149257 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit engineered for high-performance drilling in demanding metal-cutting applications. It measures 21/64 inch (0.3281 inch) in diameter with a 140-degree split-point geometry and a multilayer TiAlN coating for heat resistance and extended tool life. The overall length is 4.0551 inches (103.00 mm) with a flute length of 2.4016 inches (61.00 mm). The straight cylindrical shank measures 0.3438 inch in diameter and 1.5748 inches in length. A right-hand, regular spiral flute design provides efficient chip evacuation. Coolant-through capability makes this drill suitable for deep-hole work and high-speed production environments.
