The KENNAMETAL 4149131 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit in wire gauge size 30, with a decimal diameter of 0.1285 inches. It features a 140-degree standard point angle and a multilayer TiAlN coating designed to extend tool life in demanding cutting applications. The right-hand, regular spiral flute geometry provides efficient chip evacuation, and the straight cylindrical shank accepts standard drill chucks without modification. With an overall length of 2.5984 inches and a flute length of 1.1024 inches, this bit is proportioned for the precision hole depths typical of wire-gauge-size drilling. Coolant-through capability supports high-speed production drilling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
