With coolant-through capability and a 5xD flute-to-diameter ratio, this drill is built for production environments where cycle time and tool life matter. Installation is performed by qualified machinists or toolroom personnel. Secure the straight shank in a compatible collet chuck or drill chuck to the manufacturer-recommended clamping torque for the holder in use. Verify spindle runout before beginning production drilling. Always disengage the spindle and confirm the machine is in a safe state before inserting or removing the tool.
