The KENNAMETAL 4067332 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining applications. Built to the HPHV series standard, it carries a 1-1/4 inch diameter with a 0.03 inch corner radius and four flutes ground from submicron-grade carbide. The AlTiN PVD coating extends tool life in high-heat cutting environments. With a 2-1/4 inch length of cut and 5 inch overall length, this is a long-reach tool suited for deep-pocket and profiling work. A Weldon flat shank provides positive drive retention in the spindle. Installation and operation are handled by CNC machinists and tool-room programmers.
This end mill is engineered for roughing and finishing operations on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and hard materials. The extended reach geometry and high-helix flute design promote chip evacuation and reduce deflection during aggressive cuts. Its single-end, right-hand cut, right-hand spiral configuration is standard for vertical machining centers and horizontal mills running conventional or climb cutting strategies. The tool is compatible with EM-CV Form AD and EM IN-HSK Form A toolholding systems as specified by the manufacturer.
Compatible with EM-CV Form AD and EM IN-HSK Form A toolholding systems per manufacturer specifications. Designed for use on CNC machining centers accepting a 1-1/4 inch Weldon flat shank. Suited for ISO P, M, K, and H workpiece material classifications including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and hard materials.
Installation should be performed by a qualified CNC machinist or toolroom technician. Ensure the machine spindle and toolholder are fully deenergized and at rest before loading or unloading the tool. Seat the Weldon flat fully into the holder bore and engage the set screw against the flat per the toolholder manufacturer torque guidelines. Verify runout at the cutting diameter before committing to production cuts, particularly given the extended reach of this tool.
