The KENNAMETAL 4067327 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill engineered for high-performance roughing and finishing in demanding machining environments. Measuring 1 inch in diameter with a 3-inch length of cut and a 0.06-inch corner radius, this single-end tool is built to maintain edge integrity under the thermal and mechanical loads common in hard-material applications. The AlTiN PVD coating provides oxidation resistance and extended tool life at elevated cutting temperatures. With 4 flutes in a right-hand spiral configuration and a high helix style, it moves chips efficiently while maintaining surface finish quality. The HPHV series designation reflects its design for high-productivity, high-velocity cutting strategies used by experienced machinists and CNC programmers.
This end mill is suited for milling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and hard materials across both roughing and finishing passes. Its extended reach configuration and 1-inch Weldon flat shank make it appropriate for deep-cavity work and setups where additional projection from the spindle is required. The 6-inch overall length accommodates workpiece configurations that demand clearance between the holder and the part surface. It is designed for use with compatible toolholding systems including EM-CV Form AD and EM IN-HSK Form A holders.

Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC setup technician familiar with end mill toolholding requirements. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is in a safe state before changing tooling. Seat the Weldon flat fully into the holder bore before tightening the set screw against the flat to prevent axial pullout under cutting loads. Verify runout with a dial indicator after installation and before engaging the workpiece.
