The KENNAMETAL 4067275 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding production environments. Built to the HPHV series specification, it features a 3/4 inch diameter, a 1-1/2 inch length of cut, and a 0.015 inch corner radius that protects the cutting edge and reduces chipping on hard materials. The AlTiN PVD coating provides thermal resistance and surface hardness suited for dry and semi-dry machining. With four right-hand spiral flutes and a high helix angle, this tool is rated for both roughing and finishing operations. It is installed and operated by machinists and CNC programmers working in precision manufacturing.
This end mill is engineered for use on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and hard materials, corresponding to ISO material groups P, M, K, and H. The Weldon flat shank and extended reach geometry make it appropriate for setups requiring additional clearance. It is compatible with EM-CV Form AD and EM IN-HSK Form A toolholding systems as specified by the manufacturer. Typical applications include contour milling, profiling, and slot work in aerospace, die and mold, and general machining environments where tool life and edge integrity are critical.
Compatible with EM-CV Form AD and EM IN-HSK Form A toolholding systems per manufacturer specification. Designed for machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and hard materials (ISO P, M, K, H groups). The 3/4 inch Weldon flat shank is a standard interface for CNC machining centers and manual mills equipped with appropriate collet or shell mill holders.
Installation and setup should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC operator. Before changing tooling, ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the control is in a safe state. The Weldon flat must be properly aligned with the toolholder setscrew to prevent pullout under load. Verify runout with a dial indicator after clamping; excessive runout will shorten tool life and degrade surface finish.
