The KENNAMETAL 4067266 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining environments. Built to the HPHV series specification, it carries a 0.625 inch mill diameter with a 0.03 inch corner radius and four right-hand spiral flutes with a high helix angle of 38 degrees. The AlTiN PVD coating provides thermal resistance and extended tool life when cutting hard and abrasive workpiece materials. At 4 inches overall length with a 2.125 inch length of cut, this is a long-reach, single-end centercutting tool suited for deep-cavity and profiling operations. It installs in standard 5/8 inch tool holders and accepts Weldon flat shank clamping. Machining professionals in job shops, production facilities, and aerospace or moldmaking environments rely on this geometry for both roughing and finishing passes.
This end mill is intended for use with steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and hard materials, corresponding to material application codes P, M, K, and H. The extended reach and long flute length make it well-suited for machining deep slots, pockets, and contoured walls where shorter tools cannot reach. It is compatible with EM-CV Form AD and EM IN-HSK Form A tooling systems as specified by the manufacturer. Normal pitch and a right-hand cutting direction provide consistent chip evacuation across supported workpiece materials. This tool is sold individually with a minimum order quantity of one.
Compatible with EM-CV Form AD and EM IN-HSK Form A toolholding systems per manufacturer specification. Designed for use on CNC machining centers equipped with 5/8 inch tool holders accepting a Weldon flat shank. Suitable for primary workpiece materials steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and hard materials.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or tooling technician. Power down and lock out the machine spindle before loading or removing the end mill. Seat the Weldon flat fully in the holder and torque the set screw to the toolholder manufacturer specification before engaging the spindle. Do not exceed the tool overhang or depth-of-cut parameters recommended for the HPHV series for the target workpiece material.
