It features a 60-degree triangular shape with a positive rake angle of 5 degrees, a relief angle of 11 degrees, and a TiAlN coating applied via PVD process. The KCU10 grade is engineered for cutting steel, stainless steel, superalloys, and titanium. The LF chip breaker geometry promotes controlled chip formation during light to moderate finishing cuts. This insert is installed using a screw-on holding method and is suited for turning, facing, and boring operations. Installation Notes
